Final Fantasy VII Remake Can Sell Millions, Not Priority for Square Enix

Even as Developers Square Enix announced the release of Final Downloadable Content for Final Fantasy XIII-2, there seems to be no sign of a remake for Final Fantasy VII.

“There are a lot of people who want a remake of Final Fantasy VII. However, new titles take precedence,” said Tetsuya Nomura, Character Designer for the Final Fantasy series in an interview with Japanese Magazine Famitsu. “We work our hardest to make something that might be even better than Final Fantasy VII. The new Final Fantasy must overcome the Final Fantasy of the past.”

Final Fantasy XIII-2 Snow and Lightning Scenario Release Date

“And for the Final Fantasy XIII-2 DLC forecast, there will be some Snow and Lightning on the same day. Alright excuse the pun but it’s true, the Snow and Lightning DLC scenarios (as well as the downloadable costumes) are going to be available on May 15.

The Snow scenario, titled “Arena of Eternity”, focuses on our dear Snow and his relationship with his bride-to-be Serah. In this episode, details regarding how he became a L’Cie again as well as the mysteries about the coliseum will be unveiled…”

Its been a little over a week now since I have started my blog, and our family has already reached to 40+ people :) It’s because of you guys that I will continue to make this blog better and better. As I had stated earlier around Tuesday, I do apologize for not posting too many things over this last week, I have been focusing all of my attention on studying for finals and work and haven’t really had too much time to put new stuff on here, but after today, things will pick back up! :) So, for those of you who aren’t following me already, I post all the latest news, artwork, music, and videos to my blog for you to stay up to date with All Things Final Fantasy. I even take requests if you have something you want me to talk about, just send me a message and I’ll write up a story about it with my take and what I think :) So again, thank you guys SO much for the support and there is a lot more to come. I’m looking forward to making ATFF such a great blog and also seeing our family grow!

Okay, seriously?! This is amazing! May I mention that I love how both Lightning, and particularly Serah have evolved since the first game. They have both become strong and powerful women. Second of all, Yuuri-K-sama has done a magnificent job with these two characters, I’m blown away.
